Aimed at the on-line inspection of small-diameter pipelines, the condition of complete coverage of circumference for the pipeline has been extensive studied for single ultrasonic sensor with a rotating planar reflector.

针对小管道在役检测的特点,对旋转反射镜式传感器结构的不漏检条件进行了详细分析,并对单焦距超声传感器用于小管道在役检测时的相对误差进行了讨论;在超声检测分析的基础上,对旋转反射镜式传感器进行了结构设计,它由超声传感器、平面反射镜、旋转机构、微型电机和连接器等部件组成;小管道液浸超声检测室内试验表明,在适当的采样率和系统增益情况下,反射镜式超声传感器可用于小管道的在役检测。

Based on the working principle of the OCT system, the theoretical analysis on several longitudinal scanning measures, including piezoelectric transition (PZT) scanning, rotating mirror array scanning, femto-laser scanning and manufactured cam wheel transmission of OCT system were made.

基于光学相干层析 (OCT)系统工作原理 ,对OCT系统的几种纵向扫描方式包括压电跃变方式扫描、旋转反射镜阵列扫描、飞秒激光器扫描以及自行设计研制的凸轮机构扫描方式进行了详细的理论分析 ,并对凸轮扫描机构进行了实验研究 ,对这几种扫描方式的优缺点做了比较 ,对提高纵向分辨率的因素进行了讨论 。
