fluorescent antibody technique

A indirect fluorescent antibody technique was evaluated as method for identification of china fish pathogens including Vibrio anguillarum E 3 11, Vibrio group Ⅰ Freshwater subgroup SGL 85 4 2 strain, Aeromonas hydrophila 58 20 9 strain, Cytophaga columnaris G4 strain, Pseudomonas fluorescens 56 12 10 strain and Yersinia yuckeri SC 90 2 4 strain.

本研究制作了６种兔抗中国淡水鱼主要病原菌（鳗弧菌，弧菌Ⅰ组淡水亚弧菌，嗜水气单胞菌，柱状嗜胞菌，荧光假单胞菌和鲁克氏耶尔森菌）的纯化抗体，用间接荧光抗体法与各病原菌以及来源于水环境和鱼体分离菌发生反应。

Methods:Over a 5-year period(2000-2004),the serum antibodies measurement of against Lyme borreliosis with the serological tests:a sensitive IFA as the first step,followed by WB(IgM and IgG)in 2 167 people s serum specimen of Xinjiang natural foci compared with random sampling 1 443 people from out-patient clinic and hospital patients in country and ci.

方法:2000至2004年采用间接免疫荧光抗体法(IFA)、蛋白印迹法(WB),对业已证实的新疆自然疫源地区2167人份的血清标本进行抗LD螺旋体抗体(IgM、IgG)检测;采用IFA、WB、ELISA试验对来自21个县、市的门诊与住院患者,随机抽样1443人份血清标本进行抗LD螺旋体抗体(IgM、IgG)检测作对照;共计3610份血清标本。

Methods:The sera of 123 suspected cases and part of spinal fluids were collected to detect the specific antibodies (IgM,IgG) to Borrdlia burgdorferi by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),indirect flouorescent antibody (IFA) test,and Western blot (WB).

方法:应用间接免疫荧光抗体法(IFA)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、蛋白印迹法(WB)3种方法检测新疆123例疑似莱姆病患者血清及部分脑脊液抗伯氏疏螺旋体IgM、IgG抗体,其中3例PCR法检测尿液,结合相应的影像学、电生理检查诊断莱姆病。
