In this peper,the effects of exogenous CaM on cell wall regeneration and the first division of protoplasts are reported,the results Showed that after the purified CaM was edded to the culture medium,the Percentage of wall regeneration increased by 130%￣140% after culturing for two days and that of division increased by 240% after culturing for 12 days.
