The purpose of the work is to establishment goat mammary gland bioreactor of lumbrokinase by genetic engineering way, and lumbrokinase can be expressed in milk.

本课题为国家“863”生物反应器重大专项(2002AA206653)—蚓激酶山羊乳腺生物反应器研究，最终目的为通过基因工程手段建立蚓激酶转基因山羊乳腺生物反应器，实现由羊乳中表达蚓激酶，直接饮用羊乳就可以达到治疗血栓和保健的目的。
