In order to study aluminum alloy creep age forming and present aluminum alloy creep constitutive model used in creep age forming FE simulation,7B04 aluminum alloy creep mechanical property was studied by carrying out creep tests under different stress levels at different temperature such as 145℃,155℃ and 165℃.
对新铝合金7B04分别在三个不同时效温度(145℃,155℃,165℃)不同应力水平条件下进行了多组蠕变试验,试验表明温度、时间、应力对7B04铝合金的蠕变行为都有较大的影响;根据蠕变变形特征提出了能够较好描述材料蠕变行为的本构模型,并对试验数据进行非线性最小二乘拟合,得到了每个温度下的蠕变本构方程中的材料参数。
