This paper describes cold bonding experiment of dust from Shougang Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation.

针对首钢粉尘进行了冷固结实验研究 ,通过对单种粉尘和混合粉尘的冷固结球团冷态性能的研究 ,得出以下结论 :利用糖浆、水玻璃或水泥作为粘结剂时 ,冷固结球团可作为转炉冷却剂或高炉添加剂使用 ;以水泥、聚乙烯醇与 CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠 )混合液体作粘结剂、并且条件适当的情况下 ,冷固结球团可以作为高炉添加剂使用。

The paper introduces the examples that paper makers in the western countries produce machine finished coated newsprints through rebuilding small and middle newsprint machines since the 1980s and that they produce cold-set offset newsprints with the"new Valmet optimum concept machines"since 1990s.

本文通过西方发达国家造纸商在20世纪80年代以来改造中小型新闻纸机，生产机内整饰涂布纸，及20世纪90年代末期利用维美德公司Opti优化概念纸机生产冷固胶印涂布新闻纸的实例，介绍了西方发达国家造纸商生产两种主要轻涂新闻纸(机内整饰涂布纸和冷固胶印新闻纸)的现状及未来发展趋势。
