After analyzing a part plaied by each components of critical temperature resistor(CTR),studying corresponding resistauce-temperature characteristic curve of the measurement results of three samples,and comparing electric conduction characteristic of different parts,the appropriate proportion has been known,that is,when CTR is manufactured,V_2O_5∶P_2O_5∶Fe_2O_3=3∶1∶1.
分析了临界温度电阻(CTR)各组份所起的作用,研究了3种样品的测量结果对应的电阻温度特性曲线,比较其不同组份的导电特性,得出在制作CTR时较为合适的各组份之比例V2O5∶P2O5∶Fe2O3=3∶1∶1和各组份相互牵制相互影响的关系:P2O5的量影响VO2微晶的稳定,也会影响Fe2O3的变价和电子的传导;在T>TC时,Fe2O3的量影响VO2导体性能,在T
