Using the ANSYS software,some fluid thermodynamic FEM models of EGR coolers were established,the temperature fields of the fluids in the EGR coolers were simulated and verified by the experimental results in literatures,and furthermore,the cooling efficiencies of the EGR coolers with different radiators and different number of cooling pipes were analyzed and compared.
应用ANSYS软件建立了EGR冷却器流体热力学有限元模型,对流体的温度场进行了仿真研究和试验验证,进而对不同散热器形状和不同管道数EGR冷却器的冷却效率进行了对比研究。
