以文献[1]为背景,分析了输电阻塞管理问题,把阻塞管理划分为5个步骤(分配预案、阻塞检查、调整预案、使用裕度输电、拉闸限电),对每个步骤建立了对应的数学模型,给出了输电阻塞网方调度管理步骤,仿真计算结果表明建立的数学模型是合理的,调度管理步骤是可操作的、实用的,最后指出了模型有待进一步讨论的问题。
