方法:采用精神卫生自评量表(SCL-90)评估60名手术室护士及60名正常人的精神卫生状态,采用生活事件评定量表(LES)中13项工作相关因子对手术室60名护士进行评估,分析手术室护士与正常人群的精神卫生状态的差异,并分析工作负性事件与手术室护士精神卫生状态的相关关系。
