Objective To prepare a bispecific antibody (BsAb) against CD3 and TNP and to test its cytotoxic effect against the gastric cancer cell line,MGC803.

:目的　以化学方法将抗CD3 及抗三硝基苯 (TNP)单克隆抗体交联为双功能抗体 ,研究此双功能抗体与任何TNP化的抗肿瘤单抗结合 ,介导对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。
