This paper studies the ultrasonic vibration honing vertical equipment of that is designed by the North University of China and carried on the natural vibration frequency analysis and corresponded numerical simulation,which got excellent achievem.
本文通过计算机仿真技术对中北大学自行设计的Φ150mm立式珩磨装置的声振子系统进行自振频率分析和相应振型的数值模拟,取得了很好的成果。
