其内容是：金沙江木材流送分两段进行；龙蟠以上７２０ｋｍ江道为上段，进行中洪水位单漂流送，在龙蟠出河，汽运大理中转，三江口到格里坪３８０ｋｍ江道为下段，仍采用现行工艺。
