Objective: To investigate correct write blood transfusion applications in our hospital and analysis the existing problems,in order to inform active and effective prevention methods to enhance the security of blood transfusion and avoid medical dissension.

目的:了解我院输血申请单规范填写的情况,分析其中存在的问题,以便采取积极有效的预防措施,规范输血申请单填写,提高临床输血安全性,防范因输血导致的医疗纠纷。
