The temperature field analysis for the tank insulation system of the 138000m3 membrane type LNG carrier is performed,and the effects of the air in the compartments,the stiffeners and the radiation between walls are investigated in detail.

分析了一艘138000m3薄膜式LNG运输船液货舱维护系统的稳态温度场,研究了骨材、内外壳体间的空腔中空气的对流以及表面间的辐射对换热的影响,建立了温度场分析的数学模型;在商业软件ANSYS的基础上开发了数值计算程序,并利用有限元传热模型,计算了8种工况下船体各部分的温度分布及日蒸发率值。
