Based on the study of this centrifugal casting process, the factors which influence the moving velocities of infiltration front and remelting front, were derived.
针对离心渗透铸造工艺中金属铝熔液在旋转的Al2O3短纤维预型体内的充型过程,研究伴随有瞬态固化和再熔现象的流场温度分布,分析渗透前沿推移速度和再熔前沿推移速度的影响因素,提出各界面的移动速度计算公式。
In this work,a fully coupled fluid flow and heat transfer model was developed to analyze molten aluminum infiltration with transient solidification and remelting through a fibrous preform in a centrifugal force field.
针对离心渗铸工艺中熔体浇注温度太高会带来铸件冶金质量下降问题 ,在充型过程中一般会发生金属熔液的瞬态固化与再熔现象 ,建立了旋转多孔介质内伴随有瞬态固化与再熔现象的渗流传热理论模型 。
