采用高压水雾化快冷技术,将熔融的金属液流注入上部设有漏包坩埚的水雾化喷嘴,当熔融的金属液流通过倒流嘴流经喷嘴时,被喷嘴射出的高速水流击碎成小液滴,随后合金液滴落在水中凝固成粉末的方法制取Follow系列预合金胎体粉末;利用SEM,差热分析等手段研究了粉末的特性,结果表明预合金粉末呈不规则状,压制性能好,成分均匀,烧结温度低;用Follow系列预合金粉末制成金刚石工具,切割性能优异,可切中硬花岗岩品板500m~2以上,中硬花岗岩荒料250m~2以上,具有寿命长切割效率高,成本低等特点。
