Fried Scallops with XO Sauce

A new method is developed for the simultaneous determination of butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in XO sauce by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (full scan mode).
